https kurtagrace in - Wrong products received

I placed an order on *th April (Order ID: KTGC****) and received the package on **th April. However, instead of the item I actually ordered (Green Kurta and Dupatta Chanderi Embroidered Bead Notched Lace A-line Set), I received two completely wrong and poor-quality sarees.

On the same day, I attempted to initiate a return, but when I tried tracking the order using the order ID, it showed that the item hadn’t been delivered yet—even though I had already received it. On **th April, I received a delivery confirmation mail, but even after that, the tracking page still shows:
"The order/shipment you're trying to track has not been shipped yet or the order number entered is incorrect."

I also sent an email to the support team on **th April, but it bounced back undelivered. Additionally, I submitted a message through the ‘Contact Us’ section of the website, but I have not received any reply till now.
