Ponds age miracle - Wrong products in the packet

We purchased a Pond's age miracle cream worth ₹*** from Reliance Smart store in Angul. We trusted the store and took the product home but when we opened the packet, we found a normal moisturizer from Pond's worth ₹***. We found it after applying it on the skin, which lead to pimples on face. Also, since the store is a bit far, we had to spend around ₹*** on petrol for getting it exchanged.
They exchanged the cream, but after a lot of deliberation and arguments, which added to our mental stress and trauma.
