Staery com - Wrong products delivered

I placed an order of * sarees from Staery.com. The sarees that I've ordered and the sarees I've received are completely different. I called them up and one person picked up the call. He hung up as I was talking and didn't give me proper details. He just told I'll be intimated within ** hours. The price of the sarees totals upto Rs.****/-. I had to call them up multiple times. Didn't pick up the calls. There was a girl who picked up and told me the same thing that they will e-mail me. Their website has got great reviews. Now, one has to wonder if their reviews are genuine or just a scam.
