Trypich website - Wrong products delivered

We ordered three clothes costs **** each. They delivered but they are completely different so we want to return it .but there's no return options in there website and neither contact number too. So i contact them through mail but they are not responding from last * week. So I request you to help me to get my money back. We are from middle class family and wanted to celebrate birthday by wearing them. But v couldn't and also lost our money..
