Pan American - Wrong products delivered

I ordered Pan American *combo shirts, But I received worst shirts which was used and torn shirts. I have never seen such a bad service. I tried calling the courier person but he was helpless because he doesn't have your customers care number or email address please refund my money

The leather like material are discolured and are torn in some places. Looks very odd. So what shall I do.
