Buyaoffer - Wrong products deliverd

dear sir,
i had come across with online shopping address buyaoffer.com and placed an order of samsung power bank of ***** mah and samsung micro sd card of **gb. today ie. ***/**/**** I have received the product through delivery courier service at **.**pm and on unboxing the product I could find mi power bank which is not even giving the backup of * min and samsung sd card is showing as **gb but it is not and totally these products are faulty. this is cheating and violation of online shopping rules. i have invested **** rupees which my hard earned and i can't waist. at any cost please arrest them and return my money and i request to stop this business of cheating for others as well.
kindly take necessary action..
