La-fe.com - Wrong product

On *th August ****, I had received wrong product through shipment for my order which was purchased from La-Fe.com, product that was delivered was of very poor quality (like watches sold in streets of India)and no documents and no warranty included. Even after three days of delivery there website is showing payment and delivery status pending and the order no. is WS***** (Chronograph Black Stainless Steel Men's Watch, FOSSIL) which was ordered on **st July ****. I have also attached the package and product pictures. No pick up and no refund process has been initiated after calls made and emails sent to them. When product was ordered I had received order confirmation mail but now they remain silent because their motive is to cheat and rip money from people.
