I have ordered a saree from shrugi.com which was mentioned as premium quality but it's not that good.so , I tried to contact them to return and refund, anyway they didn't respond. Such a stupid site it is!
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
