I bought panthom *g smart watch on *th December **** from zookr.in. The product reached me on ** Dec ****. when I unbox the parcel I found in the box wrong and bad product. The Product order no is **fc****-*dfc-**a*-*e*d-***fe*c**b**. Then I tried to contact zookr by email (help@zookr.in) and their customer care ****-******* each & every day from ** Dec **** to till today, but they did not the response on my email and my call. but the message could not be sent due to a wrong email address. I saw the customer review on another site **% customer has the same problem as me. the conclusion of total customer's reviews and my problem I think the online shopping company(zookr.in) is a fraud company. The Government should take action against the company (zookr.in) as soon as possible. I send them to email several times with attachment of photos & video of the product, which they demand by email.
