Jinglesh enterprise - Wrong product

I ordered Splendorous Embroidery Sequence Sanna Silk Saree with sequence blouse piece - blue model blue SKU : DVD****_blue which I received on **/**/**** vide order no ***** invoice no Retail***** dates **/**/****.
But at the time of order it was mentioned that sequence embroidery on saree as well on blouse, but the item I received there is no embroidery on blouse..it is a simple plain piece without embroidery. Further the sequence of saree which was shown in photo is not same as received.
I complaint the same on there whatsapp no but there is no response from last three days. No one pick phone and also emailed the complaint against which no solution provided
Now they said on telephonic conversation that there is no policy to refund their products and they don't want to listen as well.
Now I also check there are adverse remarks on their products by others as well but after ordering there is no person to listen you.
It is real time fraud which they are doing thinking that people will forget and no one complain for ****-**** Rs.
