Techiara online shopping - Wrong product than shown on website

I ordered OnePlus Buds Bluetooth Headset (Nord Blue, True Wireless) but then send me a cheaper headset, I send them mail for this but didn't get any response and I am sure that this company is running big fraud and I want to save other people to not to fall into this.
