I ordered an American Eagle White solid mom jeans for waist ** on Nykaa Fashion via order ID NYK[protected]u on *th March, **** but I got ** waist size delivered on the **th March, **** and I raised a return request within half an hour of receiving the product on the Nykaa app and uploaded images of the incorrect waist size delivered but my return request was rejected and when I called customer care team, they said an investigation has been started as why wrong size was delivered to you but this is sheer harassment of the customer who has paid for the product and is now waiting for their investigation and is not eligible to have refund or replacement.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
