Aditi Chaware filed complaint against Myntra DressBerry on Nov 1, 2020
I ordered a Dressberry dress(peach colored, half sleeve, ribbed, button down, A-line maxi dress with belt) on ** October. But I received other dress from Dressberry(peach colored, full sleeve, ribbed, buttons only upto waist, Fit and flare knee length dress without belt)
The product image and description on the site do not resemble to the product received. I filed a complaint but they are refusing to even return the product. It wasn't my fault that they sent me a wrong product. Above that they aren't accepting my return or exchange.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
