I ordered a saree from facebook.they gave a number where I can order the product on WhatsApp..I sent an image of the product with product number.I gave cash to the delivery boy.once I checked the saree, its not the one I ordered and the one they sent is very bad quality not worth ****. Just after that I msgd them on to refund my money..from that time till today..I have tried all the modes like facebook,messenger,WhatsApp,call...they are not responding on any mode.Kindly see if u can help me in any manner to get the money back..I saw your website online and seen people praising you about how u helped them in getting their refund.I hope to get something positive from u guys.Thanks in advance
