Muscletech India - Wrong product sent

I order muscletech whey gold ***% whey isolate primary source from muscletech India’s official website on *th july but received whey protein concentrate. After **-** attempts of trying to contact them through mail and call, they’re saying that recent formulation has been changed but i received the product which is manufactured in January ****. While ordering there was no other product or variant displayed on website, it was just whey protein isolate primary source. Now they are responding anymore and not even willing to cancel my order. I have contacted them many times, i’ll attach the proof also.
