Healthking Multiflora shampoo bar - Wrong Product Sent

I had requested for Multiflora Shampoo Bar from Healthking website at Rs.***.**/-. When I received it, there was some other bar soap with the name written on it. Neither the shape nor the texture of the soap was similar to that of the product picture online.
So, I wrote to them immediately with the video of unboxing as they mentioned it was required for refund and also the comparison picture of the bar of soap I received and the product shown online.
As the point of contact is only email and there is no phone number mentioned on the website.
I feel have been Cheated, because even after several emails I am not able to get the genuine product or refund of my money.
I hope you can help me get the refund.
