Unbranded Furniture Polish and Hose pipe - Wrong product sent and the second product is defective

Today dated **/**/** I received a parcel through DTDC SURFACE Courier service wherein the * items I had ordered from VIZWA MARKETING SOLUTIONS were supposed to be there.To my dismay the Furniture Polish was not inside and in its place an All Purpose Cleaner (*small bottles) which cannot be a replacement and I'm not interested in was discreetly put in there .Why I say discreetly is be cause when the company was tracking the parcel and sending me msgs in the last *days ,they were not mentioning the Furniture Polish ,but only telling about the Hosepipe and I was wondering why ??? Secondly ,the Hosepipe is defective because the jetspray device does not go into the hosepipe. This means ,do I have to suffer rs *** -loss ? Its just NOT ACCEPTABLE.
How should I attach the picture and video of the products and send to you?
