Www.onlineskyshop.in - Wrong product sent

On **/*/'**- product item order no HS*****, "ab rocker pro plus double spring" was ordered n paid for RS ****, the picture shown on their website for this exercise machine showed a rotating white colour disc below ( which did not come in the parcel), then I have emailed to them at info@onlineskyshop.in and called **/* customer care no. ***********, they don't reply to phone or emails, address listed as #**, Phil, pehladpur,delhi-******
Finally after few days on calling from different phone no., a girl named Sonia picked phone, heard my complaint told me to keep return parcel ready n she shall arrange for replacement , told me to send complaint on different email id as healthbizz@live.com which I did, still no response on email or phone calls, we have been cheated, we need our money back as we can't use the product which is different from what we ordered.
Please help.
