I had ordered a kurti and pallazzo set worth ***Rs. from Shrugi.com
Instead of the original set of clothes, I have been delivered a wholly different cheaper quality kurti which looks ghastly. Can't access their site which is www.shrugi.com
Can't contact them at all because of the absence of customer care number. After searching for them on Facebook, found that a lot of people have been similarly scammed. The name is Puranjay. The product was shipped through "shadowfox". Their company is supposedly based in Surat.
Please help so that more people aren't scammed in similar way. Need to make e-shopping secure.
