Hi team,
I am meesho seller on *th February raised ticket for wrong product return from their courier partner Ecom express as return from courier partner due to unavailability of customer.i attached video evidence for claim they simply rejected "We regret to inform you that we will not be able to process your compensation claim for Order ID. Based on our records, we have noticed that the ratio of claims against your returns has been significantly higher. Due to this, we are unable to accept your request." Like above they send I asked as product protection broken then how come a seller given product to Ecom express courier partner whether support theft ?.then for meesho order again reply same message. Order ID ******************_* in the reference seller ticket *************.
