Metro Fashions - Wrong Product recieved

I had ordered a kurti set from metro fashions website online for price Rs.***. It was a cash on delivery payment. After receiving the order they have sent the wrong product i.e they have sent some saree of very poor quality. I have already raised the concern to their official mailid but no response. I tried calling them through phone but the number is switched off. This is worst experience I ever had till now. Fraud people. I want my refund back..
