Mirra clothing - Wrong product received

My mom had ordered * sarees from mirra clothing .on the last order the color of the product received was completely different from the picture shown picture shows fuschia dark pink and received dull light pink.on asking for an exchange one ms.raji told my mom that its a slight variation may be due to it being a photograph and my mom shouldnt complain as long as its pink.
im sorry to say but both these colors are very different .and if i wanted to pick up a light pink saree i wouldnt order for a fuschia colored saree.
I feel mirra clothing is misleading cheating customers with photoshopped pictures and denying return claim.people buy apparel based on actual colors not similar looking hues !!! Have attached the picture for you.

When contacted regarding the issue on facebook ,mirra clothing just deleted the comment and i have received no update.cost of saree is rs.****.
