NNNOW BY ARVIND - Wrong Product Received

(order no O**xenJz) I have ordered US polo brown shirt and received black jeans on *th March** afternoon and initiate return on same day in evening through their app under wrong product delivered, when I see there is no progress in status change in within * and half day I have logged ticket ************ with customer care and they told to share images of product over email but next day they said we can't initiate return or refund as you have reported after ** hours which is against policy.but I have initiated return on same day.
