I ordered two mobile covers from animemart.in. One of the covers did not fit correctly and I reached out to them from the email given on their website and asked for a video showcasing what is wrong the product. After I sent them a video, they replied that the product will be replaced but it has been * days and no replacement has been received.

I ordered a mobile cover on *th of august, but I still didn't receive any information about shipping the product and they don't reply to my mail and they don't give me the option for cancle the order.
