Industry Buying - Wrong product received

I have ordered online a Naptune *.*HP ***CC * Stroke Red Petrol Start Kerosene Run Water Pump (NPP-**) from Ecommerce Company INDUSTRYBUYING (IB MONOTARO PRIVATE LIMITED), Khasra No **/** (*-*), **/** (*-*), **/* (*-**), **/*/* (*-*), **/* (*-**), ** ((*-*), Village Fatehpur, Tehsil Tauru, District Nuh Fatehpur, Haryana-******, GST TIN **AAFC*****L*ZC at Rs. ****/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred thirty one only) including GST. I received this product on ** September ****. I opened this product from double cartoon and found that the product received wrong (Naptune *.* HP Orange Petrol Water Pump Set) (WA-**). Then I spoke to their customer care for the same and they send me a google complaint from which was filled and submitted to them on ** September ****. On ** September **** they told me that the order is being cancelled and you can re-order the product as per your requirement. They are not willing to replace the Product which was ordered by me on ** August ****. Now the product price too high and they are not willing to replace the product. I request them to send replacement and collect the wrong product through email number of times. Still, I have not received any reply from them for replacement. They send their courier partner (Delhivery) three times to collect the wrong product but not sending the replacement. I cancelled the reverse pick up due to replacement. I request you to pass an order to them to replace the product as soon as possible. I enclose the product Order sheet, Bill and Wrong product image for your ready reference.
