Social Shop socialshop store - Wrong Product Received

I have ordered airpods pro *nd gen master copy from Social Shop last week and after * days i received a perfume bottle instead wherein the COD amount was ****/-. I have logged my query through their website but not response. They have given a mail ID on their site which is wrong. Post that i am continuosly connecting with their sales person or spoc on a number(**********) but he always say it will take some time and doesn't even provide the update for replacing the product. Please resolve this issue
