Amoli Clothing - Wrong product received

I had ordered a red kurta and pants set from amoli clothing (https://www.amoliclothing.com). They send me a dirty, torn and used leggings instead. I approached them for a refund on instagram as well as through email. Then I found out that they operate through Meesho and arranged return pick up with quality check. Since the item was different it would never pass the quality check. This happened twice. Then there was no response at all. Whenever I messaged on instagram, they would respond that they need * days to look into the matter. Its been around * weeks since I received the item. I really need my money back.
