Wbuyz shop - Wrong product received

I have order black patiala in wbuyz website and I have received a plain kurta which is not even linked to that patiala and this is completely a wrong product. After receiving I have checked the reviews and got to know that many people has faced the them and just feeling helpless. I have sent lots of mails to them but there is no response regarding that., This is my last hope seeking you for help and hope this will be resolved.
