BHARATHI BM filed complaint against Clothing pluss on Jan 30, 2021
With reference to the order placed as per your confirmation order NO *****, The saree was delivered on **-**-****. But I am shocked to see the saree which is an entirely different one from what i ordered. . I request you to immediately replace the saree according to my order and guide me how I should go about returning the saree which i have received.
I am saddened to say that if such things happen, the customer's faith in online purchase will shatter and brings bad name to your store. I may be contacted on ***********. Please share the number to which i can contact.
