School Gro - Wrong product received in damaged condition

I have ordered a baby swing product on schoolgro.com
My order number is : ****
And the product I have ordered is :https://schoolgro.com/product/pgs-****/
And after nearly ** days of waitimg the product I have received was not the one I have received was a different product and also it was in the broken condition.
I have informed this and told to return the order and agreed to refund once receiving the order.
And now it has been more than a week since they acknowledged that they have received the return item. And I have asked several times yet not resonable reply from them.
And now they are blaming me for the broken product.
This caused so much hassle and misery since I placed the order.
