Meesho - Wrong product received from meesho but not able to return

I have ordered Digital embroidery cotton suit Salwar with dupatta ladies suit Light brown colored. But received black color used top. Requested return of the product. The Pick up guy said the quality check is failing. Called customer care they are saying from their end their backend team updated quality check passed, so they updated as quality check done. So they cannot accept return. I told I have video proof also still they are saying they cannot accept return. I asked what proof they have from their backend team can they check they said they cannot contact backend team. It is pure fraud
