Classiccorner shop - Wrong product received but refund not received

I ordered * sets of dresses containing one kurta, one bottom and one dupattaa in each set on **th Dec, **** with the order number CC*****. I received just two kurtas and no bottom no dupattaa in the packets on **th Dec, ****. Those kurtas that I received were completely different from what I ordered. The pictures showed very beautiful dresses and the received product was of completely different design and bad quality. It was very disappointing to see such wrong products in hand. Then I sent a return request and wrong product was picked up. I received an email regarding the return request but not other communication was received. I even sent an email after that for refunding my money but there was no reply from the online shopping website.
