Banarasstyle.com - Wrong product received and no customer resolution

I have ordered yellow bananas saree of rs **** from the site but on delivery they sent me blue colour saree of cheap quality . I tried to call many time on the number provided on site and immediately dropped mail too but no response. Please help in arranging refund and find a resolution so that in future no customer is be fooled by them.
