I have ordered jeans from myntra and they delivered t-shirt. I have requested for exchange but the delivery guy is not accepting the product says they haven't got any approval from myntra and we can't take your wrong Product. But the myntra customer service keeps saying we have approved your product but delivery guy still says we have not got any approval. I have called customer service *-*times they register a complain but still I'm facing the same problem. I hope to get my exchange or refund from the company for the loss.
