I received a wrong product. When trying to complain or raise a return request, a wrong mail id is mentioned, and wrong number is mentioned in their website. I am not able to reach them. Even after sending multiple mails, i am not getting any response from them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

Ordered a Skullcandy bluetooth headset with a *****mah power bank. Instead received a no-name headset in a damaged box that had no brand name on it. The power bank is supposedly Sony but lasts only for * full charge...
