I have ordered * products in a package (Veerzaara Lehnga-** and veerzaara Lehenga-***) to the address North Orissa University, Ladies Hostel-*, Takatpur, City- Baripada, Dist- Mayurbhanj, State- Odisha. It was cash on delivery product and I got it from Indian post. But the package has wrong products. I followed the procedure by registering to complain of their website. No response came from that day. I have called them more than hundreds of time and the customer care says all the customer executives are busy and they will call back. Again no calls came. At no period of time, the customer care receives the call. It is a total fraud company which deliberately not responding. I am frustrated now. I have even filed a grievance under the department of consumer affairs. They haven't processed my case till now. Please help.
