I have ordered a mobile on phoneskart website. Model Speria s* it's does not have specifications such as shown on website. And when I received my parcel it's does not have or warranty card or user guide and mobile is not charging. Phoneskart website show it's *GB RAM AND ** GB INTERNAL STORAGE. BUT ITS NOT TRUE. I AM FEELING CHEATED BY THE PHONESKART. ORDER DATE - **/**/****
AND PARCEL WAS RECEIVED ON **/**/****. I MADE PREPAYMENT BY PAYTM SOME OF ****- RS.
I WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY.
BEFORE DISPATCH OF MY ORDER I Email to phoneskart mail ID support@phoneskart.in for cancel of my order. But phoneskart don't consider my mail and give me deleverd the parcel. Please help me.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
