Local - Wrong product received

I have ordered a lehenga from meesho. And received a saree which is not at all worth *** Rs. I have requested for return and it got approved. The pickup boy called me and asked for otp I received. Since I believed him as he said I will come tomorrow for pickup just now submit the otp.I agreed not knowing its wrong to share otp. Days passing and I was calling the guy but he was either not picking call or making excuses. After one week my account got blocked and return request also got canceled. I lost my money now.
