On *nd nov ****, i received a order from meesho as i m a seller on meesho.I checked the order but the product was not mine and the product is shown in my inventory also and the catalog id is ******** .for this i asked to customer care so many times (from *th nov to ** nov)but they r not giving me the right solution. How can i dispatch a product which is not mine?Again and again they r saying they have escalated this issue to relevent authority and at the last my raised ticket gets closed by saying order should be processed.Wrong product shown in my inventory but they r not giving me right solution.
