Satbhav saree - Wrong product has been sent

I have ordered saree from satbhav sarees through their website. I have paid **** for saree but the saree I have received was totally different... The color of saree was different and saree's border also very dull... And no one would pay **** for the saree which I have received....
So i decided to return the product and asked for return on their website but they didn't respond for * days.. So i decided to put mail on their given mail id.... Today they replied and saying that don't expect reply aur any help from our side now, because you have used rude words to us.... They are not ready to give refund....
