Nivia Hongkong sports Pimpri chinchwad - wrong product given for shoe

I have Purchased Football shoes for my kid on ** Dec ****. as My kid was not with me I asked shopkeeper if there is any fitting issue I shall change it, When I went on ** Dec **** for changing show with my kid he was totally arrogant asked me to wait almost * hour and was not ready to give another shoe in exchange for the same company. I asked if shoe with same company not there I should get refund, but he is complete in denial mode and asked different time to come for this simple thing of either exchange or refund. I have paid it online. Even he is not following Covid guide lines
