Ekart logistic - wrong product delivery

Sir,
I am practicing as High Court Advocate.
I ordered a "* shirts Combo" from website named " https://bestshirtdeal.com/collections/mens-shirt-*/products/best-combo-of-*-casual-mens-shirt " on **/**/**** by cash on delivery option. Then I got SMS that shows order confirmed worth Rs.****.** . I received the product from Ekart Services with delivery tracking no. WSPC********** on **/**/****. I opened the parcel cover I found that wrong product(un quality) product was delivered .This product is different with what I actually ordered online. Then I contact the bestshirtdeal.com phone number ********** which is mentioned on EKART parcel cover . This number not working and email id also bounce back (not working). I understand that seller details are wrong. I understand that i was cheated by Ekart Service employee and seller. The Ekart Services employee replace the original product with the wrong product .Ekart Company or one of the Employee was illegally contracts with the Seller .
The Ekart logistics service company illegally contract with the seller who don't have GST registration number, mobile number and correct address details which is against to GST act and rules.
(GST registration is compulsory for selling any product online).
So the contract with the seller (bestshirtdeal.com) who is selling online illegally for cheating is became a unfair trade practice of Ekart service and Ekart Company practices encourage to start a fraud online businesses.
Even though thousands of complaints raised by customers on wrong product deliveries to the Ekart company it can't take action or can't complaint to cyber polices or can't stop the pickup from product from that seller which was resulted into loss to thousand of customers who becomes victims due to only reason of ekart company negligence and unpair trade practices.

The negligence on not taking proper verification of seller details, unfair trade practices and illegal contracts with seller(cheater) resulted into me loss my money .

Tt is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Forum/Commission may kindly be
pleased to Refund the amount Rs.****.
and Order the company to must have a seller original details which is require for find the seller (cheater) by cyber polices.
I request to take necessary criminal actions against Ekart and Seller.
