BOOKAMOBILE - Wrong product delivery and no response from BOOKAMOBILE

We order Mobibo X* New Generation *G *TB Storage Memory **MP Tripple Quad HD camera ****mAh Battery TAB, But we received mobile that one also not working we try to call the customer care number which has mentioned on the website but the number saying switched off, This is not at all fair.
