rebok company - wrong product delivery

My product combo pack which had a mi phone one hand watch and a t-shirt which was delivered by the Reebok company but when I got it, it had the parcel that came with the shoes on it, our slip combo was packed I thought the product was right Have and paid for the contact that was made for the product, its no - **********] After that the helpline no. From where the product was delivered. Here it is - **********, this is a continuous contact but no response is being given, every time we postpone it by saying that soon your parcel will be delivered, due to our company employee, we are waiting till then
