Kartvart in - Wrong product delivery

Today at around between *:** and *:** PM,on **th Feb ****, A person by name Paresh Chhatre had visited my house,E-***, Deendayal Port Authority Quarters,Gopal puri in Gandhidham, Gujarat-******.and delivered a drill free adjustable rod bearing order number BG ******, reference no. **********-*** with order date **--**-**** via payment mode COD of amount of rupees *** had delivered one quantity of the drill free adjustable rod.
To my utter shock and surprise it was noticed that I have never booked any item called drill free adjustable rod.
The product was delivered through Delhivery Limited.
They said courier has no office location in Gandhidham and executive number as shown in my whatsapp number as *********** is not functional.Besides I tried to reach the said number and tried to enter the order number on karvart.in as AWB : *************** which is bouncing back. As no threads of the order can be traced from kartvart.in.
In the circumstances I humbly request you to refund my money of rupees *** and saved me of the mental trauma and hardship.You can reach me at adv.wilson.john@gmail.com or alternatively can text me via Delhivery Limited with your inputs on the subject.
