Shopmaster.in - wrong product delivered

As listed in the website of shipmaster.in, the product “original Bose Sound Sports Free Truly Wireless Sports Headphones” was ordered on COD basis.

The product was arrived on **/**/**** through courier. Before taking the delivery I asked courier guy that I will open the cover to check whether the right product contains or not. But he has not allowed and said “you are not allowed to open, if you want I can return”. Then I decided to go ahead and paid money and opened the courier.

To my surprise, the wrong product ie “I*S TWS” was contained against the order product original Bose Sound Sports Free Truly Wireless Sports Headphones”.

Immediately I tried to call on the given contact no in the website +**-**********, but always getting either not reachable or switched off. I tried continuously for * days the result was same.

Then I sent a mail on **/**/**** to given email id in the website : info@shopmaster.in informing them about delivery of wrong product and to refund the money. But there is know reply till today ie **/**/**** even for reminder.

On extensive enquiry, I understood that the cost of the product received is only around Rs.***/- manufactured in China and replica of some other product.

I came to conclusion that shopmaster.in has established with intention to cheat and taken in to confidence some group of people working together, based on following grounds:

(*) Given Contact no. +**-********** always switched off or not reachable.
(*) no reply for the email
(*) Not given full address in the website, given only area name.
(*) Not given full address of seller Hind Traders, given only area name.
(*) Not a GST Invoice, the product description mentioned in the invoice is as listed in the invoice but inside difference product.
