deytrend com - Wrong product delivered

I was ordered Awosome pink colour Kanjivaram Designer sari from deytrend.com vide order no.**** on dated **-**-** they delivering on **-**-**. When l opened this packing i found bad quility of green colour sari which is totally different between l ordered.l call this website no,they didn't pick up the phone nor they replied on WhatsApp and also from emails. On that dt **-**-** only once they replied for name, no, address and now till dt not any return parcel taken from me as l concerned in deytrend customer care service on dates **-**-** they told me your complaint is registered by us and *-* days wait for return parcel.but till date no one send for taking return parcel.
