Wrong product delivered, and it's about to be two months. there's no solution from the side of myntra. neither do they exchange/refund nor return the product. Each customer care speaks for an hour wasting my time and completely upsetting my online shopping experience, without a solution for a mistake from their side. I ordered a product on ** june, received a wrong product and they haven't taken the return after all the complaints and fake assurances.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
