I've ordered * customized mobile cases from zapvi and got them delivered. One case is fine and the other had someone's image printed on it. It didn't have the picture which I've set for printing. To resolve this I'm calling zapvi customer care continuously and no one is lifting the call. I've called more than *** times, mailed them and contacted through WhatsApp. But no response at all.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
