I have ordered product name "LEMFO LEM* *G-LTE GPS Watch Phone With *G + **G" from the website zeby.in
And they have send me the different product that is "smartwatch V*". That is completely different that i have ordered its basic smart watch, and not even of the same brand that i have ordered. They delivered the product through "Ecom express" i tried to contact ecom express so that they can reverse the order but that told me to contact the website through which the the order ed has been sent. Than i tried to contact website but there number and email address which they have provided on website are not valid.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I was given fake description about the product and I got a fake watch and not just that, the battery of the watch is damaged and I can't find the return or refund option in the website.
